About the role:

This is a Quality Management leadership position responsible for overseeing quality systems, production quality control, customer support, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3)

• Define annual quality policies, targets, and action plans

• Prepare, review, and approve quality documents, reports, and standard specifications

• Review and approve quality standards for products and raw materials

• Plan, monitor, and evaluate quality control processes in the production line

• Analyze statistical data to identify problem trends and implement preventive/corrective actions

• Manage non-conforming products according to established procedures

• Act as the primary representative for coordinating quality matters with customers

• Analyze and respond to customer complaints effectively, as well as prepare 8D/CAPA reports

• Participate in customer audits and provide quality-related information.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science/Engineering, or other related fields

• Solid experience in Quality Control, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA6.3 or other relevant international standards

• Knowledge of statistics and quality tools (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D)

• Understanding of manufacturing processes in the electronics industry will be highly advantageous

• Ability to analyze data and present performance results, combined with strong decision-making and analytical thinking skills

• Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good command of English in reading, writing, and communication (Korean language proficiency will be considered a special advantage).
