主要职责：

课程与教学：

• 实施富有吸引力的教学计划，符合中心的课程框架及语言学习目标。

• 备课并授课，采用互动式教学，适应不同文化背景学生的语言水平与学习风格。

• 与其他教师协作，确保教学理念的一致性和教学质量。

• 组织和管理课堂材料，设置有趣的学习活动，维护整洁、有序、资源丰富的学习环境。

评估与学习进展追踪：

• 制定并执行语言能力评估，监测学生学习进度。

• 分析评估数据，发现改进空间，并相应调整教学策略。

• 向学生、家长及中心管理层提供学习进度报告与建设性反馈。

国际学校课后课教学：

• 根据课程安排需求，于国际学校进行课后课教学。

家长服务与教务：

• 与学生及家长保持有效沟通，建立良好的学习社群。

• 根据公司的安排和要求，于中文信息平台回复并提供课程咨询。

市场、行政与团队支持：

• 根据需要参与并支持公司举办的学生camp、游学活动、讲座及学术项目等。

• 根据需要参与并支持中文社交媒体的维护。

  
  

优先条件：

• 至少一年教学相关经验。

• 中文必须为母语。

• 具备市场、销售能力者优先考虑。

• 具备其他语言能力（如英语或泰语）者优先考虑。

• 电脑操作能力（如 MS Office、Google Workspace 等）。

• 条理清晰，善于协作，热爱教育。

工作地点

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Instruction:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the centre’s curriculum and language learning goals.

• Prepare and deliver interactive lessons that cater to varying student proficiency levels and learning styles.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure consistent and high-quality instruction across all classes.

• Organise and manage classroom materials, design engaging activities, and maintain a clean, well-structured, resourceful learning environment.

Student Assessment & Progress Tracking:

• Develop and administer language proficiency assessments to monitor student progress.

• Analyse assessment data to identify areas for improvement and adapt instruction accordingly.

• Provide detailed progress reports and constructive feedback to students, parents, and management.

International School After-School Programme:

• Teach after-school classes at international schools according to programme scheduling needs.

Parent Service and Academic Administration:

• Maintain effective communication with students and parents, building a positive learning community.

• Respond to enquiries and provide course consultation on Mandarin-speaking platforms according to the company’s arrangements and requirements.

Marketing, Administration, and Team Support:

• Participate in and support camps, study excursions, workshops, academic projects, and other related activities as needed.

• Participate in and support the maintenance of Chinese social media platforms as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in teaching and tuition, or in a related field.

• Native Mandarin Speaker is a must.

• Marketing and Sales skills are a plus.

• Additional language skills (English/Thai) are a plus.

• Experience in curriculum design, student assessment, or academic coordination is highly desirable.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

• Organised, collaborative, and enthusiastic about language education.
