About the role

Medical Wellness by Hertitude is seeking an exceptional, high-performing Branch Manager to lead the Aman branch to new heights of operational excellence, sales performance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by formulating and executing strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed company targets
• Foster a high-achieving, collaborative team culture and oversee staff performance
• Eliminate internal sales competition and ensure strict adherence to company policies
• Maintain seamless and effective communication with partner departments within the hotel to drive cross-functional success
• Elevate the client experience through coordinated partnership efforts
• Oversee efficient task delegation and workflow optimization
• Maintain rigorous inventory control to minimize waste and ensure product availability

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven management experience within a premium clinic or wellness center environment
• Excellent command of English (spoken, read, and written)
• Exceptional crisis-management skills with a cool-headed approach to on-the-spot troubleshooting
• Highly adaptable and flexible, while maintaining unwavering compliance with corporate governance and operational standards
