Job Description:

Lead daily logistics operations, nurture and develop team members who are in warehouse operative role, enforce workplace safety and risk management, and deliver sustainable financial and operational performance aligned with corporate strategy. These performances will be monitored and reported to warehouse director or warehouse deputy director.  You have to collaborate with warehouse operation manager, transport coordinator, supply team, HR and others' management team.

Managerial Responsibility & Human Capital (Primary Core)

• People Leadership: Embody company culture, foster autonomy, and create safe, inclusive conditions for teammates to thrive.

• Talent Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, performance reviews, and career development plans.

• Coaching & Retention: Conduct 1-on-1 meetings, lead change management, manage C&B alignment, and ensure 100% compliance with legal frameworks and code of conduct.

Workplace Safety & Duty Management

• Site & People Safety: Maintain a healthy physical and psychological work environment, enforcing local and global 5S/safety protocols.

• Duty Manager Execution: Secure warehouse openings/closings, execute crisis management (DRP), and oversee fire/emergency systems.

• Incident Prevention: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for workplace incidents and drive continuous safety improvement action plans.

Operational Excellence & Financial Performance

• Budget & P&L Management: Collaboratively establish annual operational budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust resource allocation to meet financial targets.

• Omnichannel Logistics Execution: Enforce logistics operational standards (inbound, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping) to drive productivity and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Strategic Alignment & Sustainability: Align local warehouse operations with global corporate strategies and integrate sustainable, eco-friendly practices into daily supply chain workflows.

Qualifications As Follow:

• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in team management/supervision, 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field.

• Problem Solver: Strong analytical mindset with experience using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to solve operational bottlenecks under pressure.

• Communication & Tech Savvy: Excellent English and Thai communication skills; passionate about process innovation and warehouse technology.

• Customer-Centric: Driven by a strong sense of service—putting the sports user at the heart of every logistics decision.

• Leadership: Proven track record in coaching teams, managing change, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
