About the role
We are seeking Officer Address Management to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This position focuses on global master data maintenance and verification to support our system integrity. You will play a key role in validating address requests, monitoring data changes, and coordinating with global departments to ensure accurate partner information across our systems.
What you'll be doing
Communication with different Leschaco entities & departments globally
Check daily requests for new address as well as address amendments
Clarify possible questions with party, requested address
Daily monitoring of address changes by users
Monthly check of vendor changes
Support other tasks as per JD and/or assigned by Supervisor, Manager
What we're looking for
Able to work the afternoon shift from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
New graduates are welcomed or experienced in Logistics field would be advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
Customer service skill
