Qualifications
 

• Electronic engineering bachelor's degree or similar subject

• 4 - 8 years

• C++ programming language is preferable

• Good communication, writing, reading in the English language 

• Willing to work at Wellgrow, Chachoengsao. 

Job Description
 

• Support new product introduction (NPI)

• Troubleshooting the problem in the production for sustaining product

• Manage and reduce the number of  the lots on hold

• Test process improvement.

• Initiate/Sustain the test process in the production line

• Troubleshooting the test problem in production

• Planning and corporate with other departments

• To set up process, equipment, and facilities for new products, pilot run, and mass production

• To develop and upgrade process capability, tooling, and machine performance for yield improvement, cost, and productivity

• To monitor and review process and production capability, yield, and quality to ensure constant improvement

• To design and issue work instruction for responsible processes, test run and evaluate the processes to minimize defective
