BIM Detailing Coordination and Modeling Engineer

Professional Competencies:
1. Required: Extensive experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Air Conditioning) BIM detailed design, responsible for BIM (Mechanical, Electrical, and Air Conditioning) model creation and BIM implementation during the construction detailed design phase. Capable of independently building and exporting comprehensive MEP models.
2. Required: Able to independently establish a project BIM standard component library and template files, and apply BIM technologies such as pipeline integration, 3D simulation, bill of quantities, and BIM drawing.
3. Required: Proficient in commonly used BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Coordination:
4. Required: Electrical/HVAC major degree, familiar with the basic principles of various MEP disciplines.
5. Required: Strong communication skills, able to promote the participation of various disciplines in BIM coordination work, and effectively communicate with subcontractors and manufacturers.
6. Bonus: Holding an ICM or Autodesk BIM certification or equivalent.
7. Bonus: Extensive on-site design experience.
8. Bonus: Experience in implementing industrial BIM projects.

Qualofication

1、Bachelor's degree or above：
2、5 years and above Working Experienc；
3、 Prior experience in the data center industry is preferred. 4、Prior experience working at a well-known Thai electromechanical consulting firm (MITR, Aurecon, Minhardt, BECA, etc.) is preferred.

1.Proficient in English and can communicate fluently as a working language;  Bonus Points: IELTS, TOEFL, or other certifications; overseas study experience; experience working in a foreign company; overseas work experience.               2.Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage and may substitute for moderate English.
