IT Support

● Managing the entire company IT systems (Network / Telephony / Server / Client / Software / Service / Etc)

● Manage and coordinate with IT vendors and suppliers to support business operations.

● Providing daily troubleshooting for endpoint software and hardware, and directly supporting users.

● Provide consultation and support for user requests.

● On-site support for domestic branch offices.

● Provide advice and support to users for all IT systems within the organization through ticketing systems, email, and phone calls.

● Provide support for internal systems, including Microsoft services, cloud infrastructure, and network environments.
