Flagship Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Flagship Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our OPPO Flagship Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and developing a high-performing retail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily execution.

• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned business targets.

• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Ensure compliance with OPPO retail standards, SOPs, and visual merchandising guidelines.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues professionally.

• Monitor inventory, store productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular store and market visits to ensure retail excellence.

• Support company campaigns, product launches, and special retail projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, smartphones, telecommunications, or premium retail.

• Proven experience managing a retail store and leading frontline teams.

• Strong leadership, operational, and customer service capabilities.

• Results-driven with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to communicate in English with local and international customers.

Working Conditions

• 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.

• Willing to travel and support different stores or branches when required by management.

• Flexible to work during peak sales periods, promotional events, and product launches.
