Job Description:

• Process Standardization: Apply heat treatment theories to establish, review, and maintain process standards that meet customer and aerospace specifications.

• Dimensional & Quality Control: Create and monitor dimensional change calculation sheets to ensure product precision post-treatment.

• Technical Expert & Leadership: Act as the technical point of contact for heat treatment processes with customers; lead the team during new process setups.

• Lab Operations & Analysis: Oversee Mechanical Lab operations, including material testing and metallographic analysis.

• Safety & Continuous Improvement: Partner with Safety & Environment teams to manage hazardous materials; review failure occurrences to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome! Academic or internship experience in Heat Treatment, Metallurgy, or Special Process Engineering is a plus.

• Technical Skills: * Basic understanding of Special Manufacturing Processes, specifically Heat Treatment.

  • Familiarity with aerospace and industry standards (Nadcap, AMS, ASTM, ASME) is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Mechanical Lab operations (material testing, metallographic analysis).

• Software: Competent in MS Office and standard engineering software.

• Language: Fair command of English with a TOEIC score of 550+.

• Key Competencies: Proactive attitude, strong analytical mind, and a passion for technical research and continuous learning.
