Product Pricing Manager (health insurance)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on pricing professional to join our Health team, where you will play a key role in shaping pricing strategies and improving portfolio performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical analysis with real business impact—working closely with underwriting, product, and distribution teams to drive sustainable growth in a competitive market.

You will have the opportunity to influence decisions across both individual and group health portfolios, while ensuring alignment with Group/Regional standards and local regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

·        Lead pricing and re-pricing analysis for health products, balancing growth objectives with long-term profitability

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, underwriting, operations) to bring new products and repricing initiatives to market

·        Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend actions to improve loss ratio and overall portfolio health

·        Prepare and present clear, insightful analysis to support decision-making by senior stakeholders and committees

·        Ensure all pricing activities follow internal governance, including approvals from local committees, Group, compliance, and audit

·        Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing frameworks, tools, and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor ‘s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in insurance pricing (health pricing experience is highly preferred)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations

• A collaborative mindset—you’re comfortable working across teams and influencing stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with health claims or medical knowledge (e.g., hospital or clinical background)

• Progress toward actuarial qualifications

• Experience working in a structured, governance-driven environment (e.g., regional or global insurers)

• Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders in English communication
