Location: Udon Thani or Khon Kaen (Choose 1 location)

Working Day and Time: 6 Days per week with shift schedule

This role will start as a Trainee: After starting work, the title will be Trainee. Upon passing probation, a position allowance will be added

Responsibility:

• Monitor operations and provide guidance to ensure staff comply with company standards for both service and food quality

• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively

• Plan, promote, and drive sales performance to achieve assigned targets

• Plan purchasing, manage inventory, and analyze costs

• Prepare payroll for staff in accordance with company policies and regulations

• Coordinate and manage general administrative tasks

• Supervise and manage front-of-house staff at the branch (approximately 50–75 employees), ensuring compliance with all operational standards

• Manage and control all branch operating costs with maximum efficiency

• Drive revenue and sales performance in line with company targets

• Develop and enhance staff skills and support career growth within the organization

• Promote high service quality to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

• Oversee and ensure all front-of-house teams operate in full compliance with company standards

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full-Service Restaurant.

  Positive attitude, strong communication skills, friendly personality, and a strong service mindset.

• Able to work in shifts and work overtime when required.

• Proficient in using MS Office.

• Completion of professional restaurant service training programs will be considered an advantage.

• Able to communicate in basic English.
