Working Day and Time: 6 Days per week with shift schedule
This role will start as a Trainee: After starting work, the title will be Trainee. Upon passing probation, a position allowance will be added
Responsibility:
Monitor operations and provide guidance to ensure staff comply with company standards for both service and food quality
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
Plan, promote, and drive sales performance to achieve assigned targets
Plan purchasing, manage inventory, and analyze costs
Prepare payroll for staff in accordance with company policies and regulations
Coordinate and manage general administrative tasks
Supervise and manage front-of-house staff at the branch (approximately 50–75 employees), ensuring compliance with all operational standards
Manage and control all branch operating costs with maximum efficiency
Drive revenue and sales performance in line with company targets
Develop and enhance staff skills and support career growth within the organization
Promote high service quality to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Oversee and ensure all front-of-house teams operate in full compliance with company standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full-Service Restaurant.
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, friendly personality, and a strong service mindset.
Able to work in shifts and work overtime when required.
Proficient in using MS Office.
Completion of professional restaurant service training programs will be considered an advantage.
Able to communicate in basic English.
