Job Summary: QA Supervisor (Receive, Quarantine & Release)
Responsible for overseeing receiving, quarantine, and release processes to ensure compliance with GxP standards and relevant regulations, ensuring product quality and readiness for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming goods against documentation and quality standards

• Manage quarantine status and monitor inspection/approval processes

• Review and approve product release in accordance with SOPs

• Handle deviation and non-conformance (NC) and coordinate with relevant teams

• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GDP/GMP

• Supervise and develop QA team members

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or related fields

• 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries

• Experience in Quality System ISO9001, ISO13485, WHO GMP and GSDP. 

• Leadership and Management

• Communication and Interpersonal skill

• Coordination & Cooperation

• Good Command in English
