Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for Business. 

• Analyze cost structures across procurement, production, and logistics to identify opportunities for cost optimization. 

• Monitor and report supply chain financial performance, including variance analysis and actionable insights. 

• Maintain accurate product costing (Standard Cost) and ensure compliance with accounting standards. 

• Collaborate with Business teams to assess financial impact.

• Implement and track KPIs such as Cost per Unit, Inventory Turnover, and Working Capital metrics. 

• Support strategic initiatives including supplier selection, production planning, and inventory management from a financial perspective. 

• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting within the supply.

• Administer and ensure an increase in profitability of accounts by analyzing support and maintaining an active list of account changes.

• Performed other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA preferred. 

• 5–10 years of experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or logistics environments is preferred. 

• Strong background in cost analysis, scenario modelling. Preference will be given to those who have prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis

• Proficient in SAP S/4 Hana, BPC, Excel and other MS Office

• English proficiency. Intermediate Chinese (Mandarin).

Skills 

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling. 

• ERP systems proficiency (SAP, Power BI, etc.). 

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
