Accounting & Finance Manager

1. Financial & Accounting Leadership

Develop and strengthen the capabilities, communication, and performance of finance and accounting teams

Ensure all financial and operational systems provide accurate, timely, and meaningful data (reports, KPIs, analysis) for management decision-making

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify risks, and recommend business improvements

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations

Lead, coach, and motivate teams for continuous development

2. Finance Management

Plan and control cash flow (monthly and forecast basis)

Review and analyze unusual receipts and payments

Identify and propose income-generating or investment opportunities

Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks (e.g., foreign exchange fluctuations)

3. Accounting Management

Ensure accurate accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements

Oversee timely month-end/year-end closing and statutory audits

Coordinate with external auditors and ensure proper documentation

Prepare and present financial reports to management, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors

Liaise with the Revenue Department on corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax

4. Costing Management

Advise and oversee costing functions including budgeting, inventory control, and fixed asset control

Analyze cost data and ensure accuracy of costing information

5. BOI & Tax Planning

Monitor and control BOI privileges to maximize benefits

Ensure compliance with BOI conditions and requirements

Identify opportunities for additional BOI privileges

Lead tax planning and ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations
