We partner with a global company specializing in logistics and supply chain solutions. We are seeking a General Manager to lead and strengthen the team moving forward.

Job Description

• Lead overall business operations, strategy, and P&L for the freight organization.

• Drive revenue growth across air, sea, and land freight solutions.

• Set commercial and operational strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Oversee country or regional performance, compliance, and governance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

• Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction across all services.

• Represent the company with stakeholders, vendors, and authorities.

• Report business performance and risks to senior leadership or HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Business, or related fields.

• 12–15+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

• Strong P&L management and commercial leadership experience.

• Proven experience managing multi‑modal freight operations.

• Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.

• Solid understanding of international trade and logistics regulations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
