Project Architecture (Professional Certification / สามัญสถาปนิก)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Architecture to oversee architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring design compliance, quality standards, and project timelines are met. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the design team and site operations, managing design implementation and supervising technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

•Prepare preliminary architectural design and concept proposals.
•Draft construction drawings, shop drawings, and prepare detailed material specifications.
•Review and clarify drawings, handle RFI (Request for Information) and RFA (Request for Approval).
•Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
•Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design-related issues.
•Provide technical support during construction phases and ensure design intent is implemented.
•Assist in documentation and reporting related to architectural works.
•Occasionally attend site to support coordination and ensure design compliance

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

•Minimum 7 years of professional work experience in architectural design and construction.

•Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and local regulations.

•Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D modeling software is required.

•Photoshop and other graphic tools are an advantage.

•Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

•Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
