Store Manager (Relph_s Coffee)

In charge for daily operation

To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business

To respond to any changes in the restaurant (new products, new pastries…) as dictated by the needs of the operations and company

To ensure the standards and controls for health & safety, hygiene, risk assessments, manual handling and produce are maintained as prescribed by legislation, the company and independent auditors

Responsible for PR and marketing activities related to retail operation or as assigned

To do monthly maintenance checks on all equipment, furniture and fixtures and reports all areas in need of attention to the appropriate department

To effectively manage and control the costs and expenses associated with the department, and to implement measures to minimize expenses wherever possible.
