Job Description: 

·        Lead and manage the entire architectural design process, from initial concept and schematic design through design development (DD). 

·        Drive the interpretation of client briefs, converting complex requirements into clear design criteria, drawings, and specifications. 

·        Proactively lead design solutions and innovation; provide expert technical guidance to the team to resolve complex project challenges. 

·        Conduct regular construction site inspections to monitor progress, ensure strict adherence to design specifications, and verify that construction quality meets the intended architectural standards. 

·        Establish and enforce design quality standards (QA/QC), ensuring all deliverables and on-site execution meet technical accuracy, client expectations, and industry best practices. 

·        Act as the primary design lead in coordination with clients, consultants, and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and project alignment. 

·        Review and ensure all design reports, documentation, and site inspection logs strictly comply with client standards, Thai laws & regulations, and technical feasibility. 

·        Lead, mentor, and develop junior architects and designers, reviewing work, providing constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth. 

·        Oversee the preparation of high-impact presentations and reports for key stakeholder and client meetings. 

·        Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. 

·        Travel as required for in-depth site analysis, construction oversight, site meetings, and quality control inspections.

Qualification

·        Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

·        Minimum 5+ years of progressive work experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and overseeing construction sites.

·        Strong proficiency in Revit is a must.

·        Strong proficiency in other design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).

·        Good command of English (Conversation level).

·        Proven ability to lead and deliver compelling presentations to clients and senior stakeholders.

·        Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and the ability to resolve technical design issues on-site.

·        Ability to work under pressure and excellent time management skills.

·        Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.

·        Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.

·        Must have a valid Architect License.
