QA Engineer

Ensure and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS/IMS) in compliance with applicable standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

Prepare, review, and control quality system documents including procedures, work instructions, and records.

Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits (Second Party / Third Party audits).

Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including follow-up to ensure effectiveness.

Support customer quality activities, including handling customer complaints, preparing 8D reports, and improving customer satisfaction.

Support supplier quality management, including document review, quality issue follow-up, and PPAP coordination.

Participate in new product and process development activities such as APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plan.

Prepare, analyze, and report quality performance data (Quality KPIs) for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Production, R&D) to improve product and process quality.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
