Customer Service Supervisor (Warehouse -Fashion & Cosmetic)
About the role
As a Warehouse Customer Service Supervisor at CEVA Logistics (Thailand) Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse in Samut Prakan. This is a full-time position that will see you managing a team of customer service personnel to ensure exceptional service delivery to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse customer service team
Providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members to drive high performance
Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Monitoring warehouse operations and inventory management to identify and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
Maintaining accurate records and generating reports to track key performance metrics
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse
What we're looking for
Proven track record of at least 3 years in a customer service or supervisory role within the warehousing, storage and distribution industry
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and customer service best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and lead a team
Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
