Dangerous Goods and Emergency Response Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plan, supervise, control, and audit operations related to dangerous goods and emergency response in compliance with relevant laws, standards, and regulatory requirements.

2. Serve as the primary coordinator with aviation safety inspectors from the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) and other regulatory bodies regarding oversight, audits, and compliance with dangerous goods regulations.

3. Develop, implement, and control procedures, manuals, and documentation related to dangerous goods, ensuring periodic review and updates in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.

4. Review and update operational documents and processes related to dangerous goods standards to maintain regulatory compliance.

5. Provide professional advice and guidance to management and staff regarding the acceptance, inspection, storage, loading, documentation, and transportation of dangerous goods.

6. Plan and supervise dangerous goods risk assessments to ensure adequate emergency preparedness in alignment with the company’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP).

7. Plan, supervise, and continuously improve the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).

8. Perform duties as a Safety Officer at Supervisory Level in accordance with applicable regulations.

9. Carry out other duties related to dangerous goods and emergency response as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring no conflict of interest.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dangerous goods or safety-related functions.

• Sound knowledge of occupational safety principles.

• Strong knowledge of dangerous goods regulations and practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and self-development.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• TOEIC score of at least 450.
