Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for short video content planning and filming for Thailand real estate projects. Must be comfortable appearing on camera to present and review property projects

• Advise client on renting and buying condominiums through social media platforms to ultimate deal closure

• Build relationships with and advise landlords on selling or renting out their property. Become familiar with the selling points of the company's represented real estate projects

• Execute contractual and transfer process to ensure smooth property transaction

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Traditional Chinese usage habits

• Fluent and standard Mandarin Chinese

• Previous experience in real estate industry is highly preferred

• Proficient in using smartphones for filming and lightweight editing software like CapCut; capable of independently producing videos

• Result-oriented, highly-driven, and passionate about property market

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Role & Responsibilities)

• วางแผนและถ่ายทำคอนเทนต์วิดีโอสั้นสำหรับโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในประเทศไทย โดยต้องสามารถออกหน้ากล้องเพื่อพรีเซนต์และรีวิวโครงการได้อย่างมั่นใจ

• ให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการเช่าและซื้อคอนโดมิเนียมผ่านแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดีย จนสามารถปิดการขายได้สำเร็จ

• สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับเจ้าของอสังหาริมทรัพย์ พร้อมให้คำปรึกษาในการขายหรือปล่อยเช่า รวมถึงทำความเข้าใจจุดเด่นของโครงการที่บริษัทเป็นตัวแทน

• ดำเนินการด้านเอกสารสัญญาและกระบวนการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ เพื่อให้การทำธุรกรรมเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)

• มีความคุ้นเคยกับการใช้งานภาษาจีน

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนกลางได้อย่างคล่องแคล่วและถูกต้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• สามารถใช้สมาร์ทโฟนในการถ่ายทำวิดีโอ และใช้โปรแกรมตัดต่อเบื้องต้น เช่น CapCut ได้ โดยสามารถผลิตวิดีโอได้ด้วยตนเอง

• เป็นคนมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ มีแรงขับเคลื่อนสูง และมีความสนใจในตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์
