Role & Responsibilities

• Advise client on renting and buying condominiums / Villas

• Build relationships with and advise landlords on selling or renting out their property

• Execute contractual and transfer process to ensure smooth property transaction

Qualifications

• Passionate in sales or real estate industry

• Self-driven, mature, and open to learn new things

• Previous experience in real estate industry is highly preferred

• Cars or motorbike is needed for transportation

• English language is required

Role & Responsibilities

• ให้คำปรึกษากับลูกค้าในการเช่าและ/หรือการซื้ออสังหาริมทรัพย์ 

• สร้างความสัมพันธ์และให้คำปรึกษากับเจ้าของทรัพย์ในการขายหรือเช่า

• ดูแลเรื่องสัญญาตลอดจนการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์

Qualifications

• หลงใหลในงานขายหรืองานที่เกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ 

• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง 

• ควรมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ 

• มีรถยนต์หรือจักรยานยนต์สำหรับการเดินทาง 

• จำเป็นต้องพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้
