Factory Manager (7yrs+ in Printing/ Vendor Control/ Good Eng)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Drive productivity improvement across in-house operations and external vendors.

• Troubleshoot production defects and implement effective solutions both internally and with vendors.

• Manage production budgets while ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery.

• Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with outsourcing partners and vendors.

• Continuously analyze processes and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Oversee end-to-end production processes and scheduling.

• Monitor production activities across in-house teams and vendors, adjusting plans as needed.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams and external partners to achieve targets.

• Collaborate with QA, Production Control, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle multiple priorities effectively and perform well under pressure.

        Further duties will be discussed with a consultant in the interview session. 

QUALIFICATION:   

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Printing and Packaging Technology or related field

• At least 7 years of experience in Printing or Vendor Control

• Experience in managing more than 200 staff.

• Experience in printing/packaging/label/sticker or manufacturing field.

• Own a car and have a driver’s license.

• Good command of English.
  

Salary: Up to THB 100,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
