Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial operations, including payment processing, cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and expense disbursement.

• Prepare and monitor payment schedules for vendors, suppliers, employee reimbursements, and other company obligations.

• Track incoming and outgoing cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and project requirements.

• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial transactions and payment matters.

• Support budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow forecasting to help management make effective business decisions.

• Prepare financial summaries, cash flow reports, payment status reports, and other management reports in a timely manner.

• Verify supporting documents related to payments and financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth reconciliation between financial transactions and accounting records.

• Use AI tools appropriately to support financial reporting, data organization, document summarization, payment tracking, and workflow efficiency.

• Review, refine, and validate AI-assisted outputs to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and suitability before actual use.

• Maintain proper financial records and handle sensitive financial information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, payment workflows, and overall operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting support, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of financial processes, cash flow management, payment procedures, and financial documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial systems, accounting software.

• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the workflow to support reporting, data organization, forecasting support, and productivity improvement.

• Able to review, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs with sound judgment, accuracy, and attention to confidentiality.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external parties.

• Good command of English is an advantage.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to manage confidential financial information with professionalism and integrity.

• Well-organized, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools, systems, and ways of working.
