Digital Content & Marketing Executive (For Bridge Estate) Property Agent of SC
Key Responsibilities
• Creative Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging content (images/short videos) for TikTok, Reels, and Facebook to showcase houses and condos with a premium appeal
• Copywriting & Storytelling: Write compelling property descriptions and captions in Thai and English to attract target audiences and drive initial conversions
• Listing & Ads Management: Manage property listings on real estate platforms and run online ads (lead generation) to acquire buyers and tenants
• Visual Production: Visit sites for property reviews using smartphones or basic equipment, including editing
• Event Support: Participate in and support marketing events such as Open House, Private Viewings, and exhibitions to gather insights and create on-site content
• Flexible Availability: Available to work on weekends when required for special activities or company events, with compensatory leave arrangements
Qualifications
• Experience: 2–3 years in marketing or content creation (real estate review portfolio is a plus)
• Content Skills: Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva) with strong creative presentation skills
• Communication: Strong Thai and English communication skills, with the ability to professionally translate and present property information
• Proactive & Flexible: Energetic, positive attitude, eager to learn, and flexible with working hours during key projects
• Ownership: Highly responsible, able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, agile team environment
