Security Team Safeguards (Thailand) Co., Ltd., we are recruiting the people to work at Damac Digital is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our team in Bangkok. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the security operations of our data centers, ensuring the safety and security of our residents, visitors, and assets. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our company and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Security Officer and coordinate the daily security operations, including managing security personnel, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding to security incidents.

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans to effectively manage security risks.

Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

Liaise with relevant authorities, such as the police and fire department, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Provide training and guidance to security team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents and activities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to property management.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 of experience in a security officer role, preferably within the property management or data center industry.

Strong understanding of security best practices, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Proficient in using security-related technology, such as CCTV systems, access control, and security monitoring software.

Familiarity with relevant security-related laws and regulations in Thailand.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
