Key Responsibilities

• Procure materials and equipment required for condominium construction projects, such as cement, steel, tiles, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.

• Negotiate prices and procurement terms with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials at reasonable costs and timely delivery in accordance with the project schedule.

• Compare prices and proposals from multiple suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the project.

• Control procurement activities to ensure they remain within the approved budget.

• Inspect and ensure the quality of materials prior to their use in construction.

• Plan and manage material delivery schedules to meet project timelines.

• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure procurement aligns with the construction plan.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
