Site Engineer (Civil Infrastructure)

➤Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer (Civil Infrastructure) to join our team and support the execution of construction activities for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and related civil works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that construction works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, project schedules, and quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working on-site, have strong technical knowledge, and are eager to grow within large-scale infrastructure projects.

➤Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules;

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution;

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, method statements, and technical documents;

• Monitor construction progress and report site status to the project management team;

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements;

• Conduct site inspections and assist in resolving technical issues during construction;

• Assist in material planning, quantity verification, and site resource management;

• Prepare site reports, daily logs, and relevant documentation;

• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes as required.

➤Job Requirements

• Thai nationality; Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in infrastructure or civil construction projects (e.g., roads, bridges);

• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and technical specifications;

• Familiar with site supervision, construction management, and coordination;

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle site-related challenges;

• Good communication and teamwork skills;

• Able to work in a site-based environment;

• Basic to good command of English for daily communication.
