Senior Purchasing Engineer
Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
Perform part cost estimation and detailed price analysis.
Manage price approval processes and maintain strict price control.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and lead the implementation of these initiatives.
Monitor and manage budgeting control for assigned projects.
Coordinate effectively with both domestic and overseas companies/suppliers.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications & Abilities
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields.
Experience 5 years of experience in automotive buyer, oversea trading, or relevant industry
Strong data management skills with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP, Data Visualization) or more.
Strong capability in data management and price analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good at command of English (TOEIC 550)
Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N4 level) is a plus.
