Assistant Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities of seasoning and cracker lines to meet targets in quantity, quality, and timelines.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO, and gluten-free standards.

• Monitor machine readiness, material availability, and workforce allocation to avoid delays.

• Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and defects.

• Promote continuous improvement practices such as 5S and Kaizen.

• Supervise, train, and coach production staff to achieve goals and maintain safety and quality standards.

• Act as a representative of the Production Manager when required.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, QA, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.

• Maintain production records, monitor KPIs, and prepare performance reports.

• Support internal and external audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing or production; seasoning or cracker production experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, and gluten-free product standards.

• Ability to work under pressure, flexible working hours, and willingness to relocate to Chiang Rai.

• Fluency in Thai and English is required; knowledge of Myanmar language is a plus.

• Candidates must have full working rights for Thailand.
