Inventory Manager (Food MFG) - Chonburi

Job description

• Plan, organize and supervise daily warehouse operations to meet operational and customer service targets
• Lead, train and motivate staffs, supporting a safe and productive work environment
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, oversee cycle counts and annual physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain warehouse layout and organization to optimize space utilization and workflow
• Enforce compliance with company policies, FSQA, safety and environmental regulations
• Work closely with other departments - procurement, operation, QA, IE, BD, RD, Fi & Acct to align warehouse activities with overall business needs
• Analyze operational data to identify and implement process improvements and cost saving initiatives
• Manage warehouse budget and control operational costs, including labor, equipment and maintenance
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, stock accuracy and key operational metrics to senior management

Qualification

• Bachelor or Master degrees in Food Science, Business Administration, logistics and supply chain management.
• 5-7 years of experience in leadership role in warehouse or distribution center of food business.
• Knowledge of Food Safety System for GMP Standard, ISO Standard
• Advanced skills for Computer software, MS Office
• Strong knowledge of GMP, warehouse procedures, inventory management and safety regulations
• Experience in WMS, ASRS is preferably
• Good in English Literacy
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and departments
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Mindset of commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
