Sr. Specialist - AAGI Commercial – Property and Misc.

Job Summary :

Responsible for achieving premium income which is generating from commercial business as per defined target GWP and perform underwriting functions according to company's policy and guidelines. .This position also provide underwriting support to other distribution channels for assigned business

Job Responsibilities :

1. Identifly business opportunitites in order to achieve defined team’s target

2. Make recomendations for work procedures improvement in order to improve work efficiency of the business unit

3. Assist to ensure that all works under designated responsibilities are performed in accordance with company’s policy and service standard.

4. Advices in order to strengthen work efficiency, good morale and team work

5. Review current terms & condition of reinsurance allocation, premium calculation, previous loss experience in order to prepare renewal notice for existing client.

6. Determine a competitive terms & condition, reinsurance allocation, find facultative reinsurnace support by obtaining support data from market in order to prepare renewal notice for existing client both renew and new client.

7. Review draft policy/ endorsement R/I closing, if needed, after confirmation from client and proceed to related team for policy issuance.

8. Communication and coordinate with internal and external customer in order to ensure work completion smoothly and successfully

9. Acquire and improve own knowledge and skills from both internal and external sources to ensure your own work’s quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

1.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in underwriting in non-Motor Insurance in related line of business

2. Good Command of English written, speaking, reading , writing and presentaion skills

3. Genral Insurance working background especially in Property&Misc.
