Position Overview:
Operations
Work in a dynamic team and ensure to stay connected with our guides on the ground. Brief about the itineraries to ensure the guides can carry them out with perfection. Handle the admin-related work and documentation and cooperation across other departments for a smooth workflow.
Reservation
Stay ahead of the game and ensure our bookings get confirmed on time, so we are able to get back to our valued agents with a final confirmation. Working with systems and being a key player in a support role that drives the company success.
Customer Care
In this role, you will be talking to the guests on the ground and you will be the face of the company. The role needs a person who can keep calm, even during stressful periods. Lots of calls and coordination are needed in this role as a flair for troubleshooting issues and following them until solved efficiently. French and English language knowledge will be an advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or other related fields
Good command of written and spoken English
French language knowledge will be an advantage
Previous experience in the industry will be an advantage
Tourplan knowledge will be an advantage
Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team.
