Art Direction Assistant
Job Description
- Work closely with the Art Director to develop concepts for brand identity, visual direction, and advertising.
- Coordinate with design, graphic, and marketing teams to ensure all work aligns with the brand concept.
- Prepare files systematically for both print and digital media production.
- Research design trends and luxury branding to apply them effectively in projects.
- Conduct preliminary analysis of the market and competitors, and present suitable creative ideas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Arts, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in graphic design with relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator, with additional skills in photography and video editing.
- Highly organized, responsible, and able to deliver work on time.
- Creative, visionary, able to see the big picture, and continuously seeks self-improvement.
- Up to date with design/marketing trends and capable of applying them effectively.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and competitors’ landscape.
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
- Experience in Art Direction or Branding will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English will be considered an advantage.
