Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team at Amita Technology (Thailand) Company Limited. As the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making. This full-time position is based in Bangpakong, Chachoengsao, offering the opportunity to be part of a progressive, forward-thinking organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to support management decision-making

3. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

4. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of reconciliations and audit support

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and strategic advice

6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

7. Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar accounting management role, preferably within the energy or manufacturing industry

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

5. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
