IT Manager (MES)
Defines and proposes software solutions and implementation strategies to support business requirement
Manages IT project that includes project planning, resource and budget planning, project control and implementation.
Manages developer teams and priority of IT projects
Ensuring the quality and timeline of IT solution and project meets business requirements
Ensuring the team meets business direction and KPI
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
At least 7 years of experience in software development projects
At least 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and ERP system is a plus
Experience in day-to-day operation management to support manufacturing system
Knowledge in semiconductor business would be advantage
Strong project management and leadership skill
Strong problem solving and decision making skill
