R&D Engineer (Data Analyst)

Job Description

• Lead the analytics team in managing projects and designing experiments, delivering innovative predictive models and analytic solutions to drive outstanding results.

• Analyze large and complex manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Develop data visualizations and interactive dashboards tailored to user requirements across functions.

• Design and implement custom data models and algorithms for advanced data analysis.

• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability of data sources and collection techniques.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI, etc.).

• Skilled in common data science toolkits (R, Python) or SQL programming.

• Strong analytical thinking, business strategy thinking, critical thinking, coordination, and collaboration skills.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in data analytics or a related field.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Good language skill in English or Japanese (both is plus point).
