Finance and Accouting Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team at PROIRON (THAILAND) LIMITED'. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, accounting, and reporting for the company. This is a full-time position based in Chon Buri.
What you'll be doing
Manage the daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and accounting regulations and standards
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures
Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management
Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives
What we're looking for
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a similar finance and accounting management role, preferably in the Accounting industry
Proven track record of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Excellent understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Chinese is a priority.
