IT Lead - Ice Cream Business Unit

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly capable and committed IT Lead to oversee all technology aspects of our Ice Cream Business Unit, covering both applications and infrastructure. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling business growth through technology.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the business, with deep expertise in SAP ERP, Distributor Management Systems, and Order-to-Cash processes, along with strong knowledge of Consumer (Marketing), Finance, Business Operations, and Customer Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for the Ice Cream Business Unit.

• Lead and manage IT operations, projects, and service delivery across applications and infrastructure.

• Partner with business stakeholders to capture IT demand and translate it into actionable solutions.

• Partner with Global/Regional IT Stakeholders for the IT Roadmap and deployment.

• Support the Ice Cream separation and establishment activity, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.

• Oversee IT BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations and ensure service continuity.

• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data protection standards.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT roles

• Proven experience with SAP ERP (ECC, ISR) and Distributor Management Systems.

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Operations, Ice cream Cabinet Management processes.

• Experience in managing infrastructure and application landscapes.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• High level of commitment, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.

• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry.

• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.

• Proven track of Project management is a plus.

• Strong business knowledge
