Senior Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) to support enterprise workloads and business growth.

• Lead migration projects from on-premise to Cloud platforms with a focus on scalability, performance, and cost optimization.

• Administer and integrate Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory with Cloud environments.

• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device compliance, MDM, and modern workplace automation.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to streamline deployment and operations.

• Establish monitoring, performance tuning, backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices across Cloud platforms.

• Implement IT Security frameworks including Zero Trust, Identity Management, and Cloud Governance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a subject matter expert, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering / Systems Engineering with strong focus on Cloud platforms.

• Hands-on expertise in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP (deployment, migration, automation, optimization).

• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

• Strong understanding of Networking, Security, and Identity Management in Cloud environments.

• Proven experience leading implementation projects and providing technical guidance.

Preferred (Optional)

• Certifications: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305), AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, GCP Associate/Professional, Microsoft 365 / Intune (MS-102, MD-102).

• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, Microsoft Defender Suite, and Hybrid Cloud/Identity solutions.

• Ability to translate business requirements into Cloud technical solutions and present to stakeholders.
