Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your recruitment expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering Alstom’s recruitment efforts, particularly in the volume recruitment area, partnering with specific business areas and ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (hiring managers, HRBPs, and external providers), develop talent pipelines, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the end-to-end recruitment process but also build deep market knowledge and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
We’ll look to you for:
Leading all phases of the recruitment process, from stakeholder engagement to background checks
Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Building and maintaining talent pools, pipelines, and targeted campaigns
Performing advanced interviews and producing competency-based summaries
Promoting diversity and skills-based hiring practices
Utilizing recruitment tools and analytics to drive continuous improvement
Collaborating with hiring managers to tailor recruitment solutions
Staying informed on industry trends and market research to enhance strategies

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition (in-house, RPO, or agency), with an understanding of the engineering and technical sectors
Knowledge of skills-based hiring practices and recruitment methodologies
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, and social media platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience in project management and working against milestones and deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
