Strategic Transformation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

·         Gather and analyze information with derived accurate facts and necessary measures and be able to produce meaningful reports

·         Provide output documents using appropriate figures and tables with valid and concise contents

·         Actively discuss with team members and clients, being able to identify the root cause of problems based on critical thinking in order to propose basic solutions

·         Articulate the client’s business processes, specific operations and system functionalities in details, developing to-be model in the area of responsibility

·         Execute the works based on the agreed project scope, timelines and quality standards, ensuring any issues and changes in requirements are reported to superior

·         Take actions and appropriate measures in performing tasks, ensuring common understanding among team members

·         Contribute to quality improvements and recommendations for the solutions proposed to clients

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineer, or any related field

·         2-5 years of work experience in any field but consulting service is a plus

·         2+ years as a key member/focal point in supporting digital transformation projects, supporting operational improvement or process improvement projects, strategy and roadmap development projects

·         Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work collaboratively with other consultants, subcontractors, and clients as a team 

·         Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing)

·         Good documentation skills

·         Comfortable in using MS office suite especially in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

·         Flexible in travelling both domestically and internationally

·         A passion for consulting and real desire to work as a team

·         Real desire to rise to the challenge in a dynamic environment with enthusiasm
