Quality Manager

Responsibilities :

• Report all identified issues and cooperate closely with the management to ensure immediate action

• Manage and verify product/ process quality related document from product compliance statements, audit reports, specifications to quality agreements and relevant customer statements in the quality manual

• Coordinate and support customer on-site audits, ensure all customer feedback and complaints are addressed

• Identifies opportunities and implements solutions to continuously improve work process efficiency and accuracy

• Responsible for monitoring the team to ensure the quality of the new products planning and 4M change and meet the customer's requirement

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering and QC/QA experience at min. 7 years

• Good quality knowledge and implementation experience (SPC, Cpk, Gage R & R, DOE, Control Plans, 8D, Lean, etc.)

• Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing or assembly of consumer electronics

• Excellence quality oriented and direct experience in highly disciplined production or assembly process

• People oriented, ability to motivate team members and drive for results and quality control

• Service minded and willingness to support teamwork with other departments and external customers

• Strong leadership skill with the ability to get results through mentoring others

• Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere, good interpersonal, personality and can-do attitude

• Good communication in English, plus Chinese is the advantage.
