Job Overview

Veda Siam Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Human Resource (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations. The role ensures compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies, while fostering a professional, supportive, and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, checks, and onboarding

Ensure safeguarding practices, including background checks and credential verification

Maintain and update job descriptions, coordinate employee orientation, and oversee offboarding processes

HR Administration

Coordinate visas and work permits for foreign staff

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards

Compliance & Employee Relations

Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Thai labor law

Manage employee leaves, staff letters, and labor inspection readiness

Support a positive and inclusive workplace environment

Payroll Management

Handle monthly payroll, allowances, and overtime payments

Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and provident fund requirements

Prepare statutory filings (e.g., PND 1) and support payroll audits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ HR experience (hospitality/restaurant industry preferred)

Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices

Excellent communication skills in Thai & English

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential matters
