Digital Performance Marketing (Based in Bangkok)

Vana Nava Water Jungle Hua Hin, a Regional attraction in the heart of Hua Hin and Asia's first waterpark, is looking for highly motivated, result-driven, team-oriented personalities to join our team in the following capacities.

Digital Performance Marketing who will be responsible for building and leading the digital marketing function for a new MICE business under a leading corporate group. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution to establish brand presence, drive lead generation, and support business growth. The position reports directly to the Managing Director (MD) and emphasizes the use of AI tools and MarTech to enhance efficiency and performance.

Key Account Executive Job Duties:

·        Own the Foundational Setup & Performance Framework: Architect and implement the entire digital marketing ecosystem from scratch. This is a hands-on, technical role responsible for building the infrastructure (ad platforms, analytics, tracking) required to drive, monitor, and report on all online performance.

·        Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Paid Media, Email / CRM).

·         Manage and optimize website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Line OA).

·         Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Retargeting).

·         Leverage AI tools, CRM, and Marketing Automation to improve content creation, campaign performance, and efficiency.

·         Build and position the new brand in alignment with the corporate group’s identity.

·         Analyze and report campaign performance (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Data Studio, etc.) directly to the MD.

·         Support offline marketing activities such as events, roadshows, and co-marketing initiatives.

·         Domestic travel required (approx. 1–2 times per month).

·        Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education Level   : Bachelor’s degree or higher

Field of Study       : Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Experience           : At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

Knowledge and Skills:

·        Fluent in English.

·        Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Performance Marketing.

·        Proficiency with CRM systems, Marketing Automation, and AI tools.

·        Competency in essential software such as:

o   Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)

o   Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

o   Design & Creative Tools (Canva , Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)

o   Project Management Tools (e.g. rello , Asana, Monday.com)

·        Strong analytical, strategic, and presentation skills.

·        Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

·        Startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Knowledge of the MICE industry and B2B marketing.

·        Experience in brand building and storytelling.

·        Budget management and resource planning.

·        Ability to thrive in a new business environment and grow with the organization.
