International Sales Operations Coordinator
SYNOVA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Sales Operations Coordinator to support our International Business Development team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of sales operations, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Customer onboarding and account opening coordination with Sales / CSO team
- Manage sales documentation (quotations, contracts, purchase orders)
- Maintain CRM systems and generate sales reports
- Support EVP with presentations, proposals, and market research
- Coordinate with internal departments for sales transactions
- Schedule meetings and handle client follow-ups
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare business plan for yearly & quarterly sales periods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 3-5 years experience in sales administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English; team-oriented and proactive (Business English written & spoken).
