HR Supervisor (Thai + English Speaking)
Human Resource Management: Responsible for daily HR tasks including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training, ensuring company policies comply with relevant regulations.
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary calculation, overtime, tax filing (PND1), and social security submissions.
Handle recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interviewing, onboarding, and exit interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS.
Oversee employee benefits, insurance, provident fund, and leave management.
Support employee engagement programs, training, and development activities.
Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
Prepare monthly HR reports and support management with HR data and analytics.
Liaise with government agencies and external vendors when necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR generalist or HR administration roles.
Good knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in payroll and recruitment is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
