Senior SAP SuccessFactors (PY)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors / Senior SAP HCM Consultant specializing in the Payroll (PY) module to join our team at PTT Digital Solutions.
The role focuses on supporting and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM (Module : Payroll(PY) solutions, serving both PTT Group and external customers. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, manage project tasks related to Payroll operations, and ensure solution delivery meets both functional and business requirements.

Job  Responsibility

• Collaborate with Key Users and Business Owners to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements related to payroll processes, ensuring alignment with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM functionality.

• Lead the design, configuration, and validation of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM Payroll solutions, including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and time management integration where applicable.

• Conduct fit-gap analyses to recommend optimized payroll processes and system improvements.

• Review functional and technical specifications, ensuring system configuration meets compliance, legal requirements, and client expectations.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead user training, and prepare supporting documentation for payroll operations.

• Provide expert-level post-go-live support to resolve incidents, analyze root causes, and collaborate with technical teams to implement fixes and enhancements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Integration, Database, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless payroll operations and system integration.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants in Payroll configuration and project delivery methodologies.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (GPA requirements: IT major ≥ 2.75, Engineering major ≥ 2.5, other majors ≥ 3.0); Master’s degree is a plus.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM Payroll (PY) module

• Experience with at least 2 full life-cycle SAP implementations as a Functional Lead, Project Lead, or SAP Technical Lead.

• We welcome candidates with experience in implementing or supporting SAP systems from an IT-inhouse whom seeking for a new challenge experience.

• Strong background in business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and SAP Payroll configuration.

• Direct experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, providing subject matter expertise, and leading system integration or enhancement projects.

• Ability to support SAP delivery activities, including implementation support, bug fixing, enhancement projects, and incident management.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with customers within PTT Group.

• Strong command of English (TOEIC score of at least 600 required).
